• Possesses extensive knowledge in transmission planning and advanced analytical techniques.

• Oversees intricate calculations, modeling, workflows, and quality assurance/control for significant projects.

• Facilitates process enhancements and assists in the creation of new standards and procedures.

• Effectively conveys technical ideas to leaders, clients, and stakeholders.

• Manages extensive cross-functional projects, assesses risks, and implements mitigation strategies.

• Acts as the main point of contact for clients and ensures adherence to industry regulations.

• Provides mentorship to engineers and technicians; creates documentation for knowledge transfer.

• Aids in major proposals and participates in industry committees and presentations.

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited institution is mandatory.

• 15 years of relevant experience is required.

• Required experience may be reduced to 12 years for highly qualified candidates holding a Professional Engineering (PE) License, or P.Eng License.

• Possession of a Professional Engineering (PE) License, OR P.Eng License is essential.

• Familiarity with various engineering analysis software tools such as PSSE, PSLF, PSCAD, ASPEN, ETAP, and TARA.
