This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Act as a trusted advisor by assisting clients in formulating long-term strategies for cybersecurity and compliance.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with clients, ensuring their business objectives align with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison for intricate engagements, managing expectations, offering insights, and providing high-value recommendations.
• Recognize and seek opportunities to broaden client engagements and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Lead the delivery of Clearwater's consulting services in accordance with Statements of Work (SOWs), methodologies, and client policies.
• Supervise essential engagement processes, including Initial Engagement Meetings, Planning Sessions, Kickoff Meetings, and presentations upon project completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage project scope, risks, and timelines, ensuring successful results.
• Oversee and assure the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet client objectives and comply with regulatory frameworks.
• Clearly communicate project updates and potential risks to management and leadership.
• Develop and promote thought leadership activities, including white papers, blog posts, and speaking opportunities at conferences and webinars.
• Offer strategic insights to enhance Clearwater’s solution offerings, ensuring alignment with industry trends and client demands.
• Actively engage in industry forums and professional networks to strengthen Clearwater’s market presence.
• Provide strategic mentorship to consultants, senior consultants, and analysts, promoting their professional advancement.
• Lead internal initiatives for knowledge sharing to improve the skills and capabilities of the consulting team.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine and enhance consulting methodologies and delivery processes.
• Identify follow-on engagement opportunities and additional services by understanding client requirements.
• Work closely with Sales and Client Success teams to create client-specific proposals and solutions.
• Assist in pre-sales efforts by providing technical and strategic insights during client discussions.
• Ensure successful execution of client engagements while adhering to scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Meet utilization targets and maintain positive client satisfaction scores.
• Contribute to thought leadership through publications, webinars, and presentations.
• Drive internal process improvements and contribute to the growth of the consulting practice.
• Positively impact business development efforts through client retention and expansion.
• Perform additional duties within the role's scope as assigned.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Consulting, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Preferred BA/BS Degree in a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc., are preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, HITRUST, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Ability to implement, assess, and modify solutions to meet client requirements.
• Capacity to analyze complex regulatory and technical challenges and propose tailored solutions.
• Strong project management skills, ensuring successful results within set timelines and budgets.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with executive stakeholders and guiding clients to achieve strategic objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and risk mitigation capabilities.
