This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Candidates who succeed will establish new divisions, engage with our clients, and set best practices.
• Offer strategic guidance during the onboarding of clients, document intake, and support/clarification of functionality.
• Collaborate closely with other delivery teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for all service-related inquiries from Copia's clients.
• Thrive in a complex, team-oriented, fast-paced setting alongside the Copia team, clients, and third-party partners.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing capacity, ideally in financial services, private banking, or financial technology.
• Candidates holding a CFA, CAIA, or CFP will have a significant advantage.
• A degree from a college or university or relevant work experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with G-Suite, HubSpot (or a similar CRM), Slack, and other relevant customer communication technologies is essential.
