This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic compensation advisor for the Sales team.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, Recruiters, and People Business Partners regarding offers, promotions, retention strategies, and organizational design.
• Oversee the annual compensation planning for the Sales team, ensuring alignment with enterprise principles, internal equity, and budgetary constraints.
• Provide guidance on counter-offers, equity negotiations, and specialized talent segments.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with Sales executive leadership and People Business Partners.
• Participate in the development of compensation philosophy, structures, and policies.
• Perform market analyses for Sales positions and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Cultivate expertise in Sales compensation trends, competitive benchmarks, and talent market dynamics.
• Mentor and empower managers on compensation philosophy, decision-making frameworks, and discussions related to compensation.
• A minimum of 8 years of compensation experience, with substantial depth in business partnering and consulting.
• Experience in supporting Sales functions within a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, and equity compensation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leaders, along with presenting to executives.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to transform data into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of judgment and discretion while dealing with sensitive compensation issues.
• Annual cash compensation range of $161,300–$258,100 USD, which includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles.
