Affiliate Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the affiliate strategy and program effectiveness across a portfolio of brands, promoting GMV growth and defining successful tactics for brands on TikTok Shop.

• Act as the main contact for brand partners, providing performance insights, proactive suggestions, and clear perspectives on successful strategies and future initiatives.

• Develop and expand creator pipelines that are customized to align with each brand's audience, product category, and stage of growth.

• Engage with creators and affiliates on a daily basis, fostering strong relationships that result in consistent, high-quality content.

• Experiment with new messaging and content strategies across the portfolio, utilizing performance data to pinpoint effective tactics and implement them rapidly.

• Oversee and cultivate creator communities on platforms like Discord and others, ensuring affiliates remain engaged, informed, and motivated.

• Design and implement affiliate campaigns, incentive frameworks, and creator activations that stimulate posting activity and drive sales.

• Keep abreast of TikTok trends, platform changes, and algorithm developments, transforming insights into campaign concepts ahead of competitors.

• Regularly analyze performance data and convert insights into swift, decisive strategic modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of TikTok, including creator operations, content performance, and the workings of TikTok Shop affiliate programs (experience as a creator, affiliate, or program manager is valuable).

• A self-motivated individual who takes initiative and resolves challenges independently in a dynamic environment.

• Proactive attitude; capable of early problem identification, opportunity recognition, and independent follow-through.

• Proficient in working with performance data, including generating reports, spotting trends, and making informed, data-driven choices.

• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the capability to handle multiple stakeholders and brands concurrently.
