
Principal Clinical Specialist – Superficial Venous Interventions (SVI)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Offer comprehensive technical assistance for Superficial Venous Interventions products and procedures.
• Educate physicians, nurses, technicians, surgeons, radiologists, and other clinical audiences regarding Closure System and VenaSeal products.
• Provide ultrasound in-services, product training, mock case scenarios, case coverage, and field employee education.
• Extend technical support and coverage for crucial cases.
• Instruct and inform customers about products and the relevant procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and lab/office teams on case selection.
• Investigate and address customer complaints, formulate solutions, compile reports, and make recommendations to management.
• Enhance territory sales strategy through collaboration in sales partnerships, in-servicing, market development, inventory management, purchase-order collection, and technical case assistance.
• Educate and assist CVG sales and clinical teams on peripheral products.
• Engage in company-sponsored training and educational initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and skills.
• Provide feedback to Research and Development regarding product performance issues and potential enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to create site-specific sales strategies for venous vascular products in established U.S. accounts.
• Aid in developing tools and tactics to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Support hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices as needed.
• Keep management updated on changes to work schedules and workloads.
• Comply with financial, regulatory, and quality-compliance standards.
• High School Diploma plus 9+ years of experience, or an Associate degree with 5+ years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in ultrasound and/or venous procedures is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC operations and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to build and sustain positive relationships across various organizational levels.
• Strong project management skills with experience in program coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
• Robust work ethic.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Competence in using computers and CT reconstruction software.
• Willingness to travel extensively by car and plane.
• Possess a valid driver's license for the state of residence and an active vehicle insurance policy.
• Capability to wear a lead apron for extended periods.
• Ability to work in Cath Labs or operating rooms with exposure to radiation.
• Willingness to travel by car or plane for overnight stays up to 50–75% of the time.
• Flexibility to work outside the typical Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule.
• Ability to operate a moving vehicle.
• Comfort working in hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for roles below the Principal level.
• Foreign baccalaureate degrees must meet the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
