This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver comprehensive technical support for Superficial Venous Interventions products and associated procedures.
• Provide training to physicians, nurses, technicians, sales representatives, and other relevant audiences on Closure System and VenaSeal products and procedures.
• Conduct ultrasound in-services, product in-services, mock cases, case coverage, and training for field employees.
• Assist in case support and provide technical coverage to enhance business operations.
• Educate clients regarding products and the related procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and lab/office staff for effective case selection.
• Investigate customer complaints, formulate solutions, prepare reports, and present recommendations to management.
• Enhance territory sales strategy through partnerships, in-servicing, market development, inventory support, purchase-order collection, and technical case assistance.
• Train and support CVG sales and clinical teams concerning peripheral products.
• Engage in company-sponsored training and educational initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and skills.
• Provide feedback on product performance and suggestions for improvement to Research and Development.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to create site-specific sales strategies for venous vascular products in established accounts across the United States.
• Aid in developing tools and tactics to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Offer support to hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices as needed.
• Keep the manager updated on any changes in schedule and workload.
• Adhere to financial, regulatory, and quality compliance standards.
• High School Diploma with 9+ years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 5+ years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years.
• Preferred experience in ultrasound and/or venous procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC operations and expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to foster and maintain positive relationships across various organizational levels.
• Demonstrated project management skills and experience in program coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong work ethic.
• RVT or RVS certification is beneficial but not required.
• Capacity to lift 20 pounds.
• Ability to perform extended periods of computer-based work.
• Adequate hearing, sight, and speaking capabilities.
• Proficient in using computers and CT reconstruction programming.
• Willingness to travel extensively by car and plane.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of residency and an active vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to wear a lead apron for an average of 2–3 hours.
• Capability to work in Cath Labs or Operating Rooms with radiation exposure.
• Willingness to travel by car or plane with overnight stays up to 50–75% of the time.
• Availability to conduct company business outside the standard Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
• Capacity to work in hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices.
• For foreign baccalaureate degrees, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required upon hiring and throughout employment for roles below Principal level.
