
Principal Clinical Specialist, Superficial Venous Interventions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Offer comprehensive technical support for Superficial Venous Interventions products and procedures to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Educate customers and potential audiences on the Closure System, VenaSeal, Closure Fast, RFS, RFG2, superficial venous ultrasound, and related supplies.
• Conduct in-services on ultrasound and products, facilitate mock cases, provide case coverage, and train field employees.
• Deliver case support and technical assistance for critical cases.
• Train and inform customers on product usage and related procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and lab/office staff regarding case selection.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, generate solutions, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management.
• Assist in executing territory sales strategy through collaboration with sales, in-servicing, market development, inventory support, purchase order collection, and technical case assistance.
• Educate and support CVG sales and clinical counterparts concerning peripheral products.
• Engage in company-sponsored training and educational programs.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and skills.
• Provide feedback to Research and Development regarding product performance and potential enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to create site-specific sales strategies for venous vascular products in the United States.
• Aid in the development of tools and tactics to enhance sales strategy effectiveness.
• Provide support to hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices as needed.
• Keep the manager updated on schedule and workload changes.
• Comply with financial, regulatory, and quality standards.
• High School diploma with 9+ years of experience, or an Associate degree with 5+ years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ultrasound and/or venous procedures is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in PC usage and knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to establish and maintain positive relationships across all organizational levels.
• Strong project management skills with experience in program coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong work ethic.
• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Capability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Proficient in using computers and CT reconstruction software.
• Willingness to travel extensively by car and air.
• Valid driver's license for the state of residency and an active vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to wear a lead apron for an average of 2–3 hours.
• Capacity to work in Cath Labs or operating rooms with radiation exposure.
• Willingness to travel by car or plane with overnight stays up to 50–75% of the time, depending on location.
• Ability to conduct company business outside of the typical Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. hours.
• Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Capability to work in hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices.
• For foreign baccalaureate degrees, a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is needed.
