This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Target and secure the most strategically important enterprise clients in the market.
• Employ a sophisticated, data-driven approach to identify and pursue high-value opportunities, focusing specifically on accounts not currently within T-Mobile's portfolio.
• Develop and implement account strategies customized to the unique complexities of Fortune 100 and globally headquartered organizations.
• Build deep, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers within client organizations.
• Position yourself and T-Mobile as a strategic partner aligned with their most critical business objectives.
• Navigate the intricacies of engaging with internationally headquartered companies, including understanding their organizational structures, global decision-making processes, and cross-border business considerations.
• Convert T-Mobile's technological capabilities into customized, high-impact solutions that address the specific challenges and growth aspirations of each client.
• Lead complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders.
• Drive large, high-value contracts to closure with precision, confidence, and a clear emphasis on mutual value.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting utilizing CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales engineering, product, legal, and customer success, to provide a differentiated and seamless client experience from initial pursuit through to post-sale.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (Preferred).
• Over 10 years of B2B sales experience targeting large enterprise customers, particularly within the Fortune 100 (Preferred).
• 2–4+ years of experience as a lead salesperson selling wireless solutions and/or technology products and services, with a dedicated focus on acquiring new logos and pure prospecting (Preferred).
• 2+ years of experience engaging with internationally headquartered companies, including navigating global organizational structures and cross-border decision-making (Preferred).
• 2–4+ years of experience delivering executive-level communications, including presentations to C-suite executives, high-stakes meetings, and industry events (Preferred).
• At least 18 years of age.
