This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee and direct the Change Management initiatives for extensive, intricate global IT transformation programs/projects, delivering program leadership at a senior level.
• Continuously enhance and evolve the Organizational Change Management (OCM) community, focusing on market positioning, service development, project and team management, as well as the integration of best practices and innovative topics.
• Accountable for WX business development and pre-sales activities, which include crafting proposals, preparing and facilitating sales presentations, and managing contract negotiations, supported by an exceptional client network.
• Lead, develop, and implement go-to-market strategies by anticipating market demands and spearheading the creation of new firm-wide solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain WX service offerings for change management strategies and plans to assist clients in their change initiatives.
• Establish and nurture sustainable client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor at the C-suite level; identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Ensure quality and profitability in all engagements.
• Mentor and guide other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice.
• Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property, and the development of new tools.
• 6-10 years of consulting experience at a senior level (essential).
• Experience in business transformation and change management, preferably within a top-tier consultancy.
• Demonstrated success in business development throughout all phases of the sales cycle, including pipeline management and RFP/proposal creation.
• Familiarity with Digital Transformation and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, client service, and networking skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across all facets of client engagements.
• Possess a broad range of business skills, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Experience in collecting, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and conveying data and information to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (German, French, Dutch) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (50-80% of the time) and project-related mobility within EMEA.
• PROSCI certification.
