Principal Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Responsible for overseeing the business-analysis discipline within the operational technology portfolio of multiple brands.

• Establish and uphold the standards for requirements, traceability, and acceptance criteria.

• Maintain both current-state and future-state process maps for operational workflows.

• Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to translate operational strategies into detailed requirements.

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for significant releases and oversee defect triage processes.

• Ensure that systems and data operate correctly following each release.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis.

• At least 4 years of experience in retail operations, POS systems, or multi-site field services.

• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-system business analysis initiatives.

• Hands-on experience leading UAT for major release projects.

• Strong skills in process architecture.

• Experience engaging directly with senior business leaders and external vendors.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor less experienced Business Analysts.
