This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct intricate operational projects from their inception to completion, guaranteeing timely outcomes and measurable effects.
• Assess current business processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and devise and implement solutions for optimization and automation.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track advancement, recognize trends, and aid in strategic decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership across various departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance) to harmonize operational strategies with overarching business goals.
• Propel the adoption of best practices in operational management and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure the smooth execution of operational initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations to executive stakeholders, summarizing project progress, performance, and strategic implications.
• Mentor and support junior team members, nurturing a culture of operational excellence and ongoing learning.
• Assess and suggest new technologies and tools to boost operational capabilities and productivity.
• Manage vendor partnerships and evaluate third-party solutions to fulfill operational requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline. A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in business operations, strategic operations, or management consulting, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector.
• Proven success in leading and executing complex operational projects that have significantly impacted the business.
• Proficient in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and change management principles.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software, data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel), and CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Demonstrated strategic thinking ability, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
• Previous experience in an agile environment is an advantage.
