This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Spearhead business development initiatives by identifying and generating new project opportunities, understanding customer challenges and needs, and crafting a compelling and differentiated proposal to address these issues, ultimately securing new work.
β’ Utilize your professional network to uncover opportunities, grow our business, and establish new relationships.
β’ Act as the R&D consulting lead for one of our premier enterprise accounts.
β’ Cultivate strong and trusted relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for both strategic and tactical inquiries.
β’ Assist in the development of new campaigns, offerings, and thought leadership that set R&D consulting apart in the marketplace.
β’ Oversee multiple project engagement teams, empowering them to plan and manage all aspects of delivery, from scope definition to quality assurance.
β’ Extensive management and R&D consulting experience, with a minimum of 10 years.
β’ Background in the Life Sciences sector, particularly in clinical operations.
β’ A broad network of relevant stakeholders in leadership roles within the Top 20 Life Sciences companies.
β’ Established credibility and experience in engaging and operating at senior levels with key Life Sciences clients.
β’ Proven success in developing new, high-value customer engagements that have a significant impact.
β’ Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing digital transformation and R&D innovation/improvement programs.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the entire R&D value chain.
