Principal Business Consultant – Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Spearhead business development initiatives – discover and cultivate new project opportunities, clarify customer challenges and requirements, and craft a compelling, unique proposal to address these challenges and secure new contracts.

• Utilize your professional network to uncover opportunities, enhance our business, and establish new connections.

• Act as the lead business consultant for one of our key enterprise accounts.

• Develop robust, trusted relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic inquiries.

• Assist in the development of new campaigns, offerings, and thought leadership that distinguishes Business Consulting in the marketplace.

• Manage multiple project engagement teams – empowering team members to plan and oversee all facets of delivery, from scope definition to quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive management and commercial strategy consulting expertise (minimum of 10 years).

• Experience in the Health and Life Sciences sector, especially in the Commercial and Medical domains.

• A vast network of stakeholders holding leadership roles in the Top 20 Life Science organizations.

• Credibility and experience to interact and engage at senior levels with our Life Sciences clients.

• Proven success in developing new, high-value customer engagements.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing digital transformation and commercial improvement initiatives.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire Commercial value chain, with recognized expertise in two or more of the following areas: Brand strategy, product launch, go-to-market strategy, commercial model design, key account planning and management, segmentation and targeting, multi-channel strategy, as well as optimization, insights, and analytics.
