Principal Business Analyst, Operations

📋 Description

• Compile quantitative and qualitative insights into well-structured business cases to persuade leadership and drive tangible results.

• Utilize a blend of data, technology, and customer-centric thinking to execute essential initiatives that support our customers and foster business success.

• Collaborate closely with partners across Product, Credit, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to comprehend the current landscape and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing economics, customer experience, risk management, and operational efficiency.

• Continuously assess existing business and operational data and processes to uncover areas for improvement.

• Adapt quickly and take ownership by actively seeking information and addressing complex challenges.

• Apply analytical insights to develop top-tier capabilities in areas such as Segmentation, Offer Strategy, Contact Strategy, and Operational Infrastructure to enhance our customers' financial well-being.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of analytical experience within the Financial Services sector.

• Practical experience with A/B or Champion/Challenger testing methodologies.

• Proficient in SQL for data exploration and analysis, coupled with a strong interest in leveraging AI coding assistants to streamline analysis.

• Familiarity with Python is preferred.

• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.

• A genuine enthusiasm for exploring data and extracting insights.

• A problem-solving mentality with the capability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.

• Keen business acumen—you understand how to grow a channel, prioritize effectively, and manage trade-offs in a dynamic, resource-limited environment.
