
Principal Attorney – Labor & Employment Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Offer strategic and practical legal counsel to HR and business leaders concerning a wide array of employment law matters.
• Provide updates, guidance, and training on relevant federal and state regulations and statutes.
• Keep abreast of federal and state labor and employment laws and developments.
• Draft and review employment contracts, separation agreements, notices, policies, and other related documents.
• Oversee employment-related certifications mandated by clients and federal and state authorities.
• Manage disputes and litigation pertaining to employment matters.
• Juris Doctorate with outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law counseling and litigation.
• Previous experience as in-house counsel is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with Indian employment laws and regulations is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and offer proactive, practical legal advice.
• Experience managing administrative charges and/or employment litigation cases.
• Strong skills in legal analysis and research.
• Capability to anticipate and evaluate potential legal risks.
• Keen attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and multitasking skills.
