This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee client engagements from initial strategy formulation to execution.

• Establish and nurture robust, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.

• Create high-level strategies that are in harmony with client objectives and convert them into practical action plans.

• Utilize structured problem-solving techniques and data-driven insights to tackle the underlying issues of client challenges.

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive alignment across all project dimensions.

• Discover opportunities to enhance Scimitar’s involvement within current accounts.

• Show initiative by identifying new avenues for client engagement and business expansion.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in business management or consulting (9 years if an advanced degree is held).

• Proficiency in Program Management, Organizational Strategy, Digital Transformation, or similar fields.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline; an MBA or higher degree is preferred.

• Proficient in the strategic application of AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to improve client results.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• A collaborative approach, with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior executives.
