This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic consultant for clients, ensuring technical solutions are in line with business goals and long-term vision.
• Oversee solution design for intricate, enterprise-level projects across various clients or sectors.
• Confirm that all solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards and technical strategies.
• Serve as the main technical escalation contact for designated clients.
• Lead technical pre-sales initiatives, including discovery, solution framing, and proposal crafting.
• Manage scoping, estimation, and cost modeling for substantial and complex opportunities.
• Review and assess proposals for technical soundness, feasibility, risk, and compliance with standards.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations customized for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Oversee the transition from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring a seamless execution and success.
• Provide continuous leadership and oversight throughout the implementation phase.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, optimized, and provide measurable value to clients.
• Facilitate successful adoption and realization of solutions within client environments.
• Develop and disseminate technical best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets.
• Identify and implement process enhancements that improve client outcomes and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and delivery teams to shape product direction.
• Mentor and support less experienced architects and team members.
• Over 10 years of combined experience in technical pre-sales and solution implementation.
• More than 10 years of experience in client-facing positions, including engagement at the executive level.
• At least 5 years of experience in data-driven marketing settings (database, direct, or digital marketing).
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in non-cloud to cloud migration strategies.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or comparable data platforms.
• Knowledge of clean room technologies.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP / Customer 360).
• Understanding of real-time data processing architectures.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled analytics solutions.
