📋 Description

• Recognize Customer Requirements

• Lead discussions focused on discovery and qualification with customers to pinpoint their business challenges and technical needs

• Facilitate technical discussions to uncover customer requirements and their desired results

• Convey intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into viable solutions

• Create Industry-Leading Solutions

• Develop innovative solutions and skillfully compile a portfolio of products and services to achieve desired outcomes

• Provide technical support during sales discussions by addressing product, architecture, and integration inquiries related to Arctiq's offerings

• Collaborate with vendors and account teams to validate products and generate precise Bills of Material (BOMs)

• Draft detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that accurately define the scope of services for implementation

• Estimate necessary levels of effort and work with engineering teams to align project expectations for successful execution

• Design, price, and position managed services effectively to support customer operations when applicable, coordinating with Arctiq’s managed services team to ensure alignment on outcomes.

• Ensure Successful Delivery

• Engage in project kick-off meetings to guarantee a smooth transition from sales to service delivery

• Maintain ongoing engagement with customers during the service delivery phase to ensure continued alignment with their desired outcomes

• Build relationships within the company and involve specialized team members for deeper expertise when needed

• Measure Results

• Identify and monitor key success metrics for customer implementations

• Evaluate project results against customer expectations and business goals

• Assess financial results for Arctiq and pinpoint areas for improvement

• Provide Thought Leadership

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in Platform Engineering

• Engage proactively with customers to share insights and identify potential value-added services

• Embrace a product mindset for platform solutions, prioritizing user experience and continuous improvement

• Recommend engineering systems and platform orchestration strategies that resonate with customer maturity levels

• Educate customers on best practices regarding security and governance within modern platform engineering

• Build Personal Brand Alongside Arctiq

• Participate in marketing initiatives through customer workshops, webinars, and industry events

• Represent Arctiq as a technical expert in industry discussions

• Maintain a broad technical knowledge across all practices while nurturing deeper expertise in Platform Engineering disciplines

• Cultivate a network of relationships within customer organizations, Arctiq, and the partner community to effectively drive results for customers and foster financial success for Arctiq

• Drive Organizational Improvement

• Offer guidance and support to sales teams on identifying and prequalifying opportunities within the Platform Engineering practice

• Identify cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions

• Provide feedback on internal processes and recommend enhancements

• Foster innovation within the organization

• Identify skill gaps within service delivery teams and suggest targeted training opportunities

• Offer technical mentoring and guidance to develop engineering talent

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and communities of practice


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in pre-sales technical roles, solution architecture, or consulting within technology services

• Proven and applied experience in establishing and delivering intricate projects, demonstrating a history of successful implementations while continuously refining approaches based on lessons learned and emerging best practices

• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, cloud-native technologies, observability, security, DevOps, and/or FinOps practices

• Capability to apply product thinking to technical solutions

• Proficiency in articulating complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

• Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build relationships at all levels

• Proactive and strategic mindset with a customer-focused approach

• Flexibility in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
