📋 Description

• Recognize Customer Requirements

• Lead discussions for discovery and qualification with clients to pinpoint their business challenges and technical needs

• Facilitate technical discussions to uncover customer requirements and desired results

• Convey intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into possible solutions

• Develop Leading-Edge Solutions

• Create industry-leading solutions and innovatively compile a portfolio of products and services to achieve outcomes

• Provide technical assistance during sales discussions by addressing product, architecture, and integration inquiries across Arctiq's offerings

• Collaborate with vendors and account teams to verify products and construct precise Bills of Material (BOMs)

• Formulate detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) that effectively define the scope of services for implementation

• Estimate appropriate levels of effort and work with engineering teams to align project expectations for successful execution

• Design, price, and position managed services effectively to support customer operations when necessary. Coordinate with Arctiq’s managed services team to ensure alignment on outcomes.

• Ensure Successful Execution

• Participate in project kick-off meetings to guarantee a seamless transition from sales to service delivery

• Maintain engagement with clients throughout service delivery to ensure ongoing alignment with desired outcomes

• Build a network within the organization and engage specialized team members for deeper expertise as needed

• Measure Outcomes

• Identify and monitor key success metrics for customer implementations

• Assess project results against customer expectations and business goals

• Evaluate financial outcomes for Arctiq and identify areas for enhancement

• Provide Thought Leadership

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in Platform Engineering

• Actively engage with customers to share insights and pinpoint possible value-added services

• Adopt a product mindset towards platform solutions, emphasizing user experience and continuous improvement

• Suggest engineering systems and platform orchestration strategies that align with customer maturity levels

• Educate clients on security and governance best practices in modern platform engineering

• Build Personal Brand Alongside Arctiq

• Contribute to marketing initiatives through customer workshops, webinars, and industry events

• Represent Arctiq as a technical subject matter expert in industry discussions

• Maintain a broad technical understanding across all practices while deepening expertise in Platform Engineering disciplines

• Cultivate a network of relationships within client organizations, Arctiq, and the partner community to effectively drive customer outcomes and create financial success for Arctiq

• Promote Organizational Improvement

• Offer guidance and support to sales teams on identifying and prequalifying opportunities within the Platform Engineering practice

• Recognize cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions

• Provide feedback on internal processes and recommend enhancements

• Foster innovation within the organization

• Identify skills gaps in service delivery teams and suggest targeted training opportunities

• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to nurture engineering talent

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and communities of practice


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in pre-sales technical roles, solution architecture, or consulting in technology services

• Proven experience in establishing and delivering complex projects, demonstrating a history of successful implementations while continually evolving methods based on lessons learned and emerging best practices

• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, cloud-native technologies, observability, security, DevOps, and/or FinOps practices

• Ability to apply product thinking to technical solutions

• Capability to communicate intricate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships at all levels

• Proactive and strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach

• Flexibility in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
