• Oversee the architectural framework for strategic AI projects spanning products, platforms, and shared enterprise functionalities.
• Collaborate with business units, product managers, and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and viable AI solution architectures.
• Establish and refine architecture standards, reference models, and guidelines for AI solutions and AI-enabled software development.
• Assess emerging AI technologies, platforms, and methodologies, providing guidance on their adoption within the organization.
• Deliver architectural leadership for capabilities, agentic workflows, AI orchestration, evaluations, AI observability, and governance.
• Ensure that AI solutions comply with enterprise standards for security, privacy, regulatory requirements, resilience, observability, and maintainability.
• Assist engineering teams in utilizing AI-driven PDLC capabilities throughout coding, testing, documentation, analysis, and delivery processes.
• Direct architectural decisions across application, data, integration, platform, and operational aspects to prevent fragmented or redundant solutions.
• Mentor technical leads and senior engineers, contributing to the enhancement of technical expertise across the organization.
• Engage in architecture reviews, technical strategy discussions, and investment evaluations related to AI and platform modernization.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 12 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in designing and guiding enterprise-level AI solutions in production settings.
• Profound understanding of contemporary AI architecture patterns, including LLM-based applications, retrieval systems, agentic workflows, prompt and tool orchestration, and evaluation methodologies.
• Strong architectural foundation across distributed systems, APIs, integration, data platforms, security, and cloud-native solutions.
• Proven experience in establishing architectural standards, reference architectures, and technical guidelines across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated capability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication from engineering teams to executive leadership.
• Proven ability to balance innovation, speed, risk management, and long-term maintainability.
