This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Design, implement, and provide training for innovative deep learning models on large-scale GPU clusters.
• Develop prototypes for new architectures and algorithms tailored for enterprise data, including tabular, relational, and graph-structured formats.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI research, integrate pertinent breakthroughs, and offer guidance on internal AI strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to transform research insights into functional, production-ready features.
• A Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a highly quantitative discipline with a focus on AI/ML research.
• Experience in developing, deploying, and assessing machine learning models in production environments or prestigious research settings.
• Profound knowledge of transformer architectures and sophisticated retrieval mechanisms.
• Capability to design innovative, non-standard AI solutions.
• Experience with core architectural modifications or foundational mathematical disciplines such as stochastic modeling, graph theory, or optimization algorithms.
• Proficient in production-grade Python, including automatic differentiation frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Experience in training large-scale models across distributed GPU clusters utilizing frameworks such as DeepSpeed or TorchTitan.
• Expertise in constructing production-grade ML pipelines using tools like Kubeflow, Airflow, or MLflow.
• Ability to create robust, distributed data pipelines using tools like PySpark.
