This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Research and identify grant funding opportunities that align with client objectives.
• Assist in drafting, editing, and preparing grant proposals along with supporting documentation.
• Conduct lead generation and perform business development research.
• Monitor grant opportunities, deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements.
• Provide executive and administrative support to the client.
• Maintain organized records, databases, and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Demonstrated experience in grant research and grant writing.
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience in supporting nonprofit organizations is a plus.
