This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and actively participating in the design, development, and maintenance of TIBCO Mainframe Integration Products along with their associated ecosystems.

• Providing training and mentorship to current staff, as well as future TIBCO and Mainframe Observability integration personnel.

• Comprehending software best practices, design strategy and planning, developing test cases, executing deployments, identifying product defects, debugging issues, and ensuring they are logged in a defect tracking system.

• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, GitHub, and AI tools and concepts.

• Collaborating with product management and other teams to gather requirements and features, translating them into development tasks and quality assurance tests.

• Capable of working autonomously as a self-starter with minimal supervision required.

• Troubleshooting program/system failures, analyzing dumps, and pinpointing the root causes of failures.

• Developing and maintaining execution plans along with specific unit test specifications.

• Collaborating with remote teams, effectively communicating status and schedules with clarity.

• Timely escalation of issues and diligent follow-up to track their status.

• Possessing the ability to think creatively, adapt dynamically, and enhance existing implementations.
