📋 Description

• Collaborate with potential clients and sales teams to translate loosely defined challenges into compelling, production-oriented prototypes.

• Design and develop comprehensive agentic AI MVPs, encompassing multi-agent orchestration, tool utilization, memory, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and agent observability.

• Provide captivating live demonstrations that convey a clear narrative: problem → agentic solution → business impact.

• Facilitate discussions regarding AI governance, data security, model transparency, and ethical AI practices in compliance with regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in sales engineering, applied AI, hands-on technical consulting, customer-facing software engineering, or technical product positions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• An advanced degree in AI/ML is advantageous.

• Previous experience implementing AI or complex software solutions in the Oil & Gas sector is highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% on average for customer meetings, workshops, industry conferences, and events.
