This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate organized discovery sessions with clients to evaluate workflows and technology landscapes.
• Design comprehensive solutions that integrate people, processes, and technology components.
• Independently create prototypes utilizing AI/ML tools, LLM APIs, and low-code development platforms.
• Plan and implement proof-of-concept models to showcase business value and feasibility.
• Convert validated use cases into scalable APM modules along with detailed production specifications.
• Act as the main point of contact for AI-related opportunities within the organization.
• Collaborate with AI Factory engineering teams to ensure clarity of requirements during transitions.
• Establish success criteria, performance expectations, and technical limitations for AI solutions.
• Work together with Sales and leadership to assess the viability and alignment of new opportunities.
• Track the consistency between designed solutions and actual results to foster continuous enhancement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 8–12+ years of experience in solutions architecture, product strategy, or technical consulting.
• Practical experience with AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation.
• Proven success in client-facing solution design and comprehensive architecture.
• Established ability to independently prototype and validate intricate technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with the skill to influence cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of insurance industry workflows or similarly complex business environments.
• High level of independence and comfort in navigating ambiguity within an innovation-driven role.
