Principal AI Productivity, Automation Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and automation opportunities across various functions.

• Design and develop end-to-end agentic workflows and automation systems.

• Implement scalable AI solutions that yield measurable productivity improvements.

• Minimize manual and repetitive workflows among teams.

• Define and shape the organization’s AI productivity roadmap.

• Promote the adoption of AI systems through tools, playbooks, and enablement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building real-world automation systems from start to finish.

• Strong hands-on technical skills in creating automation systems (APIs, LLMs, orchestration tools; Python, TypeScript, or similar languages).

• Experience in designing and implementing agentic workflows or orchestration systems.

• Proven ability to scale solutions across teams or organizations.

• Capability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong business insight - able to convert challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.
