Staff Software Engineer – Test

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Define and steer the technical vision for the quality platform and testing strategy.

• Develop automated testing, CI/CD quality gates, and validation frameworks.

• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Platform teams.

• Create quality architecture and validation frameworks.

• Assist in the transition to AI-assisted and specification-driven development practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Software Engineering in test (SET/SDET) or related positions.

• Extensive experience in designing and constructing scalable test infrastructure.

• Strong foundation in software engineering with a focus on platform engineering.

• Experience in engineering organizations that prioritize product quality and automated testing.

• Profound knowledge of CI/CD practices and quality gates.

• Demonstrated ability to establish engineering standards and integration patterns.

• Strong architectural judgment.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
