This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and develop scalable agentic solutions tailored for a variety of use cases.
• Construct and sustain a centralized AI platform utilizing open-source AI technologies.
• Create unified APIs to facilitate access for cross-functional teams and develop different types of agents.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers to integrate AI agents into customer-facing applications and internal tools.
• Spearhead technical discussions, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to the AI platform roadmap.
• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory compliance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Enhance AI-powered workloads across compute and storage layers by leveraging cloud-native and open-source solutions.
• Execute performance analysis and capacity planning for platform scalability.
• Undertake special projects and other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 12 years of experience in software engineering.
• More than 2 years of experience in AI/ML platforms or infrastructure.
• Proven experience in building large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
• Proficient programming skills in Python and Java.
• Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of MLOps tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Databricks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to navigate through complex, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving technologies and requirements.
• Capacity to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
