• Design the machine-operable infrastructure that supports or runs parallel to the user interface.
• Specify AX experience artifacts, operational agreements, behavioral policies, trust specifications, evaluation criteria, and governance frameworks.
• Manage the complete AX design lifecycle: Model, Contract, Constrain, Observe, Validate, Run, Learn, and Version.
• Define operational gates that encompass determinism, safety, observability, recoverability, and economic factors.
• Develop evaluation frameworks that include golden tasks, regression sets, and adversarial scenarios.
• Create interactive, supervised, and autonomous oversight modes based on operation and risk profiles.
• Construct dual-layer journey maps that cover both human experiences and agent operations.
• Establish trust operating models, delegation moments, and oversight interactions.
• Shape product vision and departmental strategies geared towards agent readiness and AI-native design.
• Set AX design standards, patterns, and best practices throughout the R&D organization.
• Contribute agent-facing components, semantic frameworks, and observability surfaces to the design system.
• Advocate for agent-first design across Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.
