This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.
• Fulfill primary delivery responsibilities for our most significant and intricate client projects, overseeing various delivery resources on the solutions you develop for clients.
• Evaluate skill sets and pinpoint knowledge gaps for delivery resources within your immediate project team.
• Responsible for achieving annual revenue targets; influencing bookings through strategic pre-sales advice and identifying additional services throughout all project phases.
• Manage the C-suite relationship for our largest clients, serving as a key advisor for AI adoption, organizational change management, and long-term business objectives.
• Lead and propel the "agentization" and advancement of the AI & Workforce Consulting delivery methodology, ensuring Softchoice maintains a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
• Design ROI-driven business cases for extensive AI initiatives, allowing executive stakeholders to validate investments.
• Oversee quality delivery by conducting oversight and final quality assurance on Statements of Work (SOWs) and strategic project documents to guarantee that technical solution architecture aligns with business objectives and addresses challenges.
• Take charge of identifying market trends to create new cross-practice offerings and special projects that enhance the AI Solutions portfolio.
• An undergraduate degree is required (business or technology is preferred).
• An MA, MBA, or MSc is advantageous.
• Certifications in User Adoption & Change Management, Organizational Change Management, Project/Program Management, or other relevant IT or management consulting fields are considered beneficial.
• A minimum of 15 years of practical experience in business advisory and/or consulting within IT.
• Proven experience for at least 10 years in delivering advisory services in User Adoption and Organizational Change Management, Business Consulting, and technical advisory.
• A demonstrated history of achieving "trusted advisor" status with executive-level management (CIO/CTO/CEO).
• A track record of success in meeting revenue or influenced sales targets in a professional services setting.
