This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Offers proactive and strategic assistance to a state client.
• Oversees products developed by a team of clinical and operational personnel.
• Guarantees adherence to the terms and conditions outlined in the Agreement.
• Manages program requirements, standards, policies, and performance metrics.
• Facilitates and supervises program activities related to Regulatory, Corrective Action Plans, and Monitoring.
• Enhances the potential for sustainable growth and profitability.
• Cultivates and sustains robust business relationships with designated contacts at the State.
• Evaluates claims results to uncover discrepancies, inaccuracies, anomalies, and unforeseen outcomes.
• Executes special projects as assigned.
• BA/BS Degree.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 8 years as a Subject Matter Expert in the respective area(s).
• At least 4 years of experience leading individual contributors and team leaders.
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency; skilled in MS Office/Outlook and database usage.
• Familiarity with the health benefits sector, government prescription programs, preferably in pharmacy benefits management, is required.
• Understanding of healthcare products and contracts is preferred.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
