Primary Care Physician, FM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive care through both text and video, including acute care services.

• Oversee a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician.

• Inform patients about suitable treatments and care plans tailored to their health requirements.

• Handle patient follow-ups for chronic care management programs.

• Prescribe medications and refills as necessary.

• Promote high-quality care with an emphasis on achieving positive patient outcomes.

• Enhance remote care by offering compassionate and impactful patient interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency professional experience.

• Active state license in New Jersey is mandatory; licenses in Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and New York are preferred.

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine.

• Must be currently enrolled, or eligible for enrollment, as a Medicare provider.

• Experience in primary care and behavioral health, with the capability to manage both acute and chronic care conditions.

• Should possess technological proficiency, be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Clean background and a history free from medical malpractice incidents.

• Willingness to commit to 40 hours per week, comprising 36 clinical hours: 12 hours on Saturday, 12 hours on Sunday, and 12 hours on one weekday.

• Ability to communicate in Spanish is an advantage!
