Pricing Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain VBA-based tools and Excel macros to automate budget costing and workflows across financial systems.

• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and tools, implementing automated solutions to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability.

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Ensure the integrity and consistency of data across pricing systems and reporting outputs.

• Troubleshoot and improve existing tools, pinpointing opportunities for ongoing enhancement.

• Document processes, tools, and solutions to guarantee sustainability and knowledge sharing.

• Provide support for ad hoc requests related to pricing tools and budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

• Demonstrated experience with VBA programming and macro development.

• Analytical mindset accompanied by strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to recognize opportunities for automation and process optimization.

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

• Preferred experience in pricing, finance, or commercial finance.

• Experience in the CRO industry supporting RFPs and study budgets.

• Familiarity with CRM or financial systems, such as Salesforce or ERP tools.

• Background in process improvement or methodologies for continuous improvement.

• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be taken into account.
