Pricing & Rebates EDI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee EDI Implementations and Enhancements

• Assist in new EDI implementations and growth opportunities across various operating companies.

• Manage the entire EDI lifecycle, which encompasses requirements gathering, partner onboarding, testing, validation, deployment, and support after going live.

• Troubleshoot and Resolve EDI Issues

• Investigate and address transaction-related challenges, particularly within ANSI X12 transaction sets such as 844, 849, and 845.

• Train and Support End Users

• Provide training and assistance to operating company teams regarding EDI processes, monitoring, and best practices.

• Propel Continuous Improvement

• Assess workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and suggest process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting EDI systems or similar EDI-focused roles.

• Proficient in working with ANSI X12 transactions and EDI standards.

• Familiar with transaction sets such as 844, 849, and 845.

• Knowledgeable in ERP systems that support pricing, rebate, or similar business processes.

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and projects at the same time.

• Excellent skills in communication and collaboration.

• Experience in supporting pricing, rebate, distribution, or wholesale business processes.

• Background in implementing or supporting EDI integrations within ERP environments.

• Experience in creating and delivering user training programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
