This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and go-to-market monetization initiatives for new product launches, collaborating closely with the Pricing Strategy Director, VP of Sales Operations, Corporate Strategy, and Sales leadership to enhance growth through effective pricing and packaging.
• Oversee the reporting of commercial initiatives for new product and service launches, monitoring the adoption and impact of monetization efforts after launch for both new and revised products by leveraging financial and product metrics.
• Identify, map out, and influence timely deliverables, intricate cross-functional dependencies, and enterprise business processes.
• Anticipate potential roadblocks and execute contingency plans, which is crucial as priorities, market dynamics, and milestones may frequently change.
• Enable early engagement with key stakeholders, particularly in GTM / Field, to ensure strategic alignment, corporate consistency, and timely communication regarding new projects and/or deliverables.
• 4-6 years of experience in Product Launch Management, Product Marketing, Strategic Program Management, Commercial Operations, or Pricing Strategy.
• Prior experience in high-growth B2B technology, SaaS, or digital services environments with complex, multi-product ecosystems is highly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of monetization frameworks, value-based pricing models, packaging structures, and tiering strategies.
• Proficient at converting complex pricing changes into clear, actionable advice for GTM and Field sales teams to ensure minimal friction and maximize adoption.
• Proven expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) frameworks and Go-To-Market (GTM) commercial readiness processes.
• Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, product usage metrics, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions.
• Experience in defining KPIs and establishing tracking mechanisms to assess the long-term financial viability and performance of monetization strategies.
• Proficient in creating executive-ready dashboards and tracking systems using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or internal CRM/analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated success in managing the operational execution of high-stakes product, offer, or service launches from inception through post-launch adoption.
• Excellent organizational skills to navigate intricate interdependencies, manage timelines, and ensure that multi-phase launches remain on schedule.
