Pricing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop and refine pricing models.

• Oversee and enhance pricing models across all regions to establish optimal price points for food, shipping, and non-food items.

• Incorporate market context into decision-making processes.

• Track market trends and competitor pricing to uncover risks, opportunities, and data-driven pricing recommendations.

• Direct the pricing optimization framework to align with long-term commercial objectives while balancing customer value and business performance.

• Leverage data, testing, and performance insights to identify effective discounts, incentives, and pricing strategies that foster customer retention.

• Assist in managing the promotional budget by delivering accurate spending forecasts and taking proactive measures to achieve financial goals.

• Work in collaboration with marketing and deployment teams to ensure timely and precise execution of pricing changes and related customer-facing campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, or finance, preferably in e-commerce or subscription services.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related area.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• A solid grasp of pricing mechanics, margin drivers, and the impact of pricing on customer behavior.

• Capability to convert complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with the adaptability to respond to changing demands in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
