This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Oversee the pricing strategy for Platinum inventory related to designated events.
• Enhance incremental revenue and stimulate sales volume by effectively managing ticket inventory through dynamic pricing approaches.
• Evaluate historical data, secondary market sales, and industry trends to formulate a competitive pricing strategy and deliver insights on events across all markets.
• Assume full ownership and accountability for the on-sales of assigned events.
• Gather, document, and analyze statistical data as required.
• Provide comprehensive reports on the sales performance of individual shows and tours.
• Work closely with Tour Ticket Directors and Box Office Managers to ensure efficient inventory control and process management throughout the sales cycle.
• Guarantee that all communications, whether internal or external, are delivered promptly, consistently, and professionally.
• Conduct analyses of consumer behavior and purchasing habits.
• Actively pursue methods to enhance team and business performance.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the ticketing industry.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, data analytics, reporting, and forecasting.
• Experience in the music industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Ticketmaster is advantageous.
• Availability for flexible working hours.
• A strategic and critical thinker who is dynamic, forward-thinking, analytical, and well-organized.
• Proficient in using MS Excel for data analysis.
• Skilled in leveraging MS PowerPoint and Photoshop to convey ideas effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to tackle and resolve challenges faced by a growing organization.
• Proven capability to work independently and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment and tact are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is critical.
