Pricing Management Manager / Bid Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee pricing for intricate and substantial IT services contracts

• Formulate competitive pricing approaches that reflect client value and industry standards

• Create financial models that encompass costs, revenue, and profitability

• Design and implement various pricing structures (fixed, T&M, subscription, outcome-based)

• Convert solutions into measurable business value

• Utilize AI and analytics to enhance pricing insights and automate processes

• Work in partnership with Sales, Delivery, and Finance teams

• Maintain governance, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in processes

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, bid finance, or deal desk

• Background in the IT services or technology industry

• Demonstrated experience in supporting large-scale bids and negotiating deals

• Proficient in AI applications in a business context (including GenAI, Copilot, and analytics tools)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
