This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Create proposals and pricing structures for online market research studies intended for clients.
• Evaluate and suggest the feasibility of studies across global panels through proprietary applications.
• Advise clients on the recommended project approach, incorporating pre-identified attributes, utilizing census data for quotas and sample composition, incidence rates, and the inclusion of third-party vendors.
• Collaborate proactively with the Account Lead, Operations team, Panel Management, and Finance to implement solutions that align with account strategies, financial objectives, and to address challenges as they emerge.
• Maintain and enhance existing account relationships to ensure they are healthy, productive, profitable, and mutually beneficial, aiming for repeat business and achieving targeted revenues.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings to provide guidance on new and expanded products/services.
• May involve final project reconciliation activities, including third-party invoice approvals and cost adjustments.
• Undertake additional business functions as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in utilizing technological tools, including MS Office (particularly Excel), and a strong aptitude for web-based applications.
• Highly organized, analytical, and quality-focused with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
• Adapts to changes productively and demonstrates a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong commitment to teamwork with the ability to execute tasks independently, resourcefully, and proactively.
• Experience with databases and/or reporting tools.
• Proven track record of building relationships with clients and vendors.
• Completion of coursework or training in market research.
