This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create proposals and pricing for online market research studies for clients.
• Evaluate and suggest study feasibility across global panels utilizing proprietary applications.
• Collaborate with clients on the recommended project approach, incorporating pre-identified attributes, census data for quotas and sample composition, incidence rates, and third-party vendor inclusion.
• Consultations should align with client objectives while optimizing internal panel assets.
• Actively collaborate with the Account Lead, Operations team, Panel Management, and Finance to develop solutions that align with the account strategy, financial targets, and address challenges as they emerge.
• Maintain existing account relationships to ensure they are healthy, productive, profitable, and mutually beneficial, aiming for repeat business and achieving targeted revenues.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product portfolio to effectively offer and advise on new and expanded products/services.
• May involve final project reconciliation tasks such as approving third-party invoices and making cost adjustments.
• Undertake other business functions as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in utilizing technological resources including MS Office (especially Excel) and possessing an aptitude for web-based tools.
• Highly organized, analytical, and quality-focused with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks under tight deadlines concurrently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Adapts to change in a productive manner and exhibits a solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong team player with the ability to independently, resourcefully, and proactively complete tasks.
• Experience with databases and/or reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with clients and vendors.
• Coursework or training in market research.
• Options for remote work.
