Pricing Associate – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer pricing guidance and quotes specific to accounts for both new clients and renewals, including the escalation of complex quotes.

• Perform analyses to identify and relay the financial implications of pricing strategies.

• Collaborate to enhance Garner’s pricing models by utilizing projected and actual healthcare expenses, including understanding how Garner’s pricing intersects with the financial plan.

• Support the development and monitoring of mechanisms to assess the performance of the book of business and its relation to the financial plan.

• Aid in establishing processes and policies aimed at continuously improving financial planning and pricing decisions.

• Maintain pricing models while consistently seeking opportunities for increased efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Two years of professional experience in an analytical role.

• Strong quantitative abilities, with proficiency in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating substantial amounts of information while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure setting.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
