Pricing Analyst III – Change Order & Modifications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the preparation of cost and price proposals of medium to high complexity by applying cost accounting standards and the Company’s Estimating System.

• Collaborates with Operations and Functional Support teams to gather necessary data for creating prices or other elements of a cost/price volume.

• Analyzes collected data and formulates pricing models for medium to complex change order or modification proposals with minimal oversight.

• Ensures adherence to the estimating system manual alongside other relevant policies and procedures.

• Conducts quality assurance reviews to guarantee that cost/price volume elements are precise and meet solicitation requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal pricing.

• Expertise in developing Price Proposals that encompass Service Contract Act Wage Determinations and Collective Bargaining Agreements related to labor unions.

• Demonstrated capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume proposal setting with rapid turnaround demands, while ensuring precision and detail-oriented work.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions and possess strong mathematical skills.

• Must have outstanding analytical skills.

• Capability to assess and implement emerging technologies.
