📋 Description

• Oversee the formulation and implementation of pricing strategies across GGM regions, collaborating with regional sales leaders and heads of business units to meet revenue and margin objectives.

• Facilitate data-driven decision-making: Leverage competitive intelligence and available market insights to inform pricing recommendations for senior leadership, empowering well-informed pricing choices across various economic scenarios.

• Transform insights into action: Simplify complex pricing analytics into straightforward, actionable strategies that regional teams can effectively implement.

• Perform advanced pricing analysis: Apply elasticity modeling, price-volume analysis, discounting assessments, margin optimization, and customer segmentation across diverse currencies and market conditions.

• Discover growth potential: Assess pricing opportunities that enhance conversion rates, deal values, average selling prices, and customer lifetime value.

• Lead stakeholder evaluations: Confidently present insights and recommendations during regular analytics discussions with regional stakeholders, advocating for data-driven insights and promoting performance enhancements.

• Analyze and interpret data: Examine intricate financial, statistical, and competitive pricing data from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that necessitate immediate attention.

• Balance global consistency with local nuance: Manage pricing frameworks that uphold strategic consistency while adapting to local market dynamics, competitive pressures, and economic conditions.

• Coordinate across time zones: Collaborate effectively with regional teams across EMEA, Asia, and Americas time zones to ensure pricing alignment and prompt execution.

• Address pricing inquiries: Act as the primary expert for pricing-related questions from business partners, delivering swift and precise analysis and recommendations.

• Cultivate trusted partnerships: Establish strong working relationships with regional commercial teams, finance, and business unit leaders.

• Uphold pricing discipline: Ensure standard operating procedures are consistently applied and maintain thorough documentation of pricing methods, discount approvals, deal structures, and exceptions for audit readiness.

• Monitor competitive landscape: Observe and analyze pricing trends by technology, product line, geography, and competitor, proactively alerting stakeholders to risks and opportunities.

• Guarantee data integrity: Maintain high standards for data quality and analytical rigor in all pricing decisions and recommendations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of B2B pricing experience in life sciences, diagnostics, laboratory instrumentation, or related high-tech sectors; equivalent experience in finance, marketing, or commercial operations may be considered.

• Proven history of managing pricing across multiple international markets with diverse economic conditions, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environments.

• Strong commercial insight with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations that yield results.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel: Expertise in complex financial modeling, advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and scenario analysis.

• Experience with data analytics tools: Practical knowledge of at least one of the following: Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar analytics/visualization platforms.

• Data mining skills: Capability to extract insights from extensive, complex datasets across multiple systems.

• AI proficiency: Familiarity and prior experience with AI/GenAI tools in a business context.

• Excellent stakeholder management: Established ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across different cultures and organizational levels.

• Strong presentation abilities: Confidently present and defend data-driven findings to varied audiences, from technical analysts to C-suite executives.

• Fluent in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, French, or other regional languages) is highly regarded.

• Cross-cultural adaptability: Comfortable working across varied cultures, business practices, and communication styles.

• Time zone flexibility: Willingness to accommodate occasional early/late meetings to coordinate with Asia/APAC and Latin America teams.

• Self-motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong connections with the team.
