Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Independently determine the best methods to query essential data from extensive data sets and produce ad hoc analyses with actionable insights.

• Utilize historical claims data to generate reprice reports that facilitate assessment and risk management.

• Aid in the creation of deliverables for sales that showcase the company's value proposition.

• Guarantee high-quality, "client-ready" deliverables through a thorough audit and evaluation process, along with personal accountability.

• Conduct in-depth analyses and investigations into large datasets, providing clear insights based on findings.

• Effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and external partners via email, Slack, phone, video calls, etc.

• Deliver ad hoc analyses to demonstrate the potential impact of implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience.

• Experience in the software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is advantageous.

• Strong analytical abilities – capable of working with data and deriving key insights.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau.

• Robust project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Ability to work collaboratively and positively with teammates and partners, even in a fast-paced business environment.
