Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• The Pricing Analyst will be instrumental in developing competitive, compliant, and sustainable pricing strategies for staffing and workforce solutions across both government and private sectors, with a strong emphasis on federal contracts.

• Collaborating closely with Finance, Business Development, Proposal Management, and Delivery teams, this role will ensure that all pricing submissions fulfill client expectations, adhere to organizational margin objectives, and comply fully with federal wage determinations, Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements, and living wage standards.

• This role necessitates a blend of analytical rigor and a comprehensive understanding of the distinctive pricing factors associated with government staffing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing or financial analysis within the realms of staffing, government contracting, or healthcare services.

• Strong preference for familiarity with SCA wage determinations, FAR cost principles, and federal procurement processes.

• Robust analytical and quantitative skills, with the capability to interpret complex datasets and convert them into concise recommendations.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling) and other data analysis tools; experience with pricing software, ERP, or BI tools is advantageous.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and the ability to present findings to stakeholders with varying degrees of financial knowledge.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
