This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist customers throughout the press release distribution process, from submission to delivery.
• Resolve formatting, scheduling, publishing, and distribution challenges.
• Support customers with newsroom management and publishing features.
• Track release status and provide updates or confirmations as necessary.
• Refer technical issues to Product and Engineering teams when needed.
• Communicate effectively and professionally in urgent or time-sensitive situations.
• Enhance and maintain internal documentation, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to address customer concerns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines at once.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Quick to learn and eager to master new tools, platforms, and workflows.
• Remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure.
• Previous experience in customer support, operations, or customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Familiarity with PR, media relations, press release distribution, or newsroom processes is advantageous.
• Knowledge of AP Style is beneficial.
• Experience with SaaS products, CRM systems, or ticketing platforms is preferred.
• Actively utilize AI tools in daily tasks to enhance productivity and speed up delivery.
