PreSales Specialist – Product Demonstrator, Digital Imaging IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Present Dedalus imaging IT solutions during customer meetings, tenders, trade shows, and conferences, both virtually and in-person.

• Customize product demonstrations for clinical, technical, and management audiences.

• Assume responsibility for the DACH DIIT demo landscape.

• Construct, configure, and maintain demo environments and datasets.

• Coordinate product updates with development and technical stakeholders, integrating new features and prototypes.

• Develop customer-specific presentations in collaboration with Sales and PreSales teams.

• Create and uphold demo content, demo scripts, presentation flows, and supporting materials.

• Work alongside product management, product marketing, business operations, and regional marketing teams.

• Assist global DIIT Business Development by training and establishing product presentation teams in new regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for clearly and systematically explaining complex topics.

• Prior experience in PreSales, consulting, or another customer-oriented role.

• A marketing mindset focused on delivering customer value.

• Solid understanding of IT systems and application workflows.

• Experience with desktop virtualization environments and technical demo setups.

• Proficient in German (fluent).

• Willingness to travel regularly and at short notice.

• Preferred: Experience in healthcare IT, radiology IT, or RIS/PACS.

• Preferred: Knowledge of standards such as DICOM and HL7.

• Preferred: Familiarity with digital imaging IT or AI solutions in radiology.

• Preferred: Additional language skills, such as English or Spanish, at a presentation-level proficiency.
