Presales Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Conduct and facilitate Technical Online Demonstrations for prospective clients.

• Develop and tailor trial portals to effectively showcase the significance and functionality of the LMS.

• Construct use cases for potential clients and address any integration inquiries they may have.

• Resolve any challenges that a prospect experiences while using the LMS.

• Answer technical and/or functionality questionnaires as needed.

• Support the proposals team by providing answers to use case or technical inquiries from prospects in response to RFIs.

• Participate in on-site demonstrations alongside Account and Sales Executives.

• Creative mindset with the capability to think analytically and tackle complex challenges.

• Results-driven focus with a proven history of managing multiple priorities and extensive timelines, especially in Enterprise-level projects or with clients.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills, with the ability to foster and maintain relationships across Enterprise stakeholders.

• Completion of a post-secondary education or certification, preferably in business, technology, or a related field relevant to Enterprise solutions.

• A blend of technical expertise and experience in client-facing sales support, ideally with Enterprise clients or large organizations.

• Background in SaaS, software sales, or sales support, with familiarity in Enterprise-level contracts, solution selling, or intricate deal structures.
