This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serve as the authority on AWS and Amazon Connect-based solutions during discussions with clients.
• Strategize how to integrate solutions across AWS and other prominent ISV offerings like Verint, PEGA, Salesforce, and more into a unified, cohesive solution.
• Develop innovative solutions tailored to customer needs, requirements, and feedback.
• Guide technical discovery sessions with clients throughout the sales process.
• Present engaging demonstrations to highlight possibilities with Cloud, AI, and other tools for enhancing Customer Experience.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development to outline technical strategies for pursuing opportunities and planning territories.
• Create presentations, proposals, and workshops aligned with customer requirements.
• Inform customers, partners, and colleagues about the advantages and benefits of AWS.
• Draft Statements of Work that realize the customer's vision.
• Facilitate workshops with customers and prospects regarding AWS.
• Establish and maintain relationships with AWS and other vendor Solution Architects and Technical Leaders.
• Contribute to and utilize TTEC’s Solution Frameworks.
• Provide assistance for RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Product and Services leadership to identify trends in customer needs for portfolio expansion.
• Assist clients in expanding their usage from Amazon Connect to additional AWS Services such as EKS, Sagemaker, Bedrock, S3, EC2, and more.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven customer-facing experience in designing complex solutions within a Technical Pre-Sales role (Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, etc.).
• At least 3 years of proficiency in Amazon Connect and AWS.
• Over 7 years of experience in information technology or application development.
• Relevant certifications or accreditations in AWS.
• Ability to think critically and articulate technical recommendations into business value for customers—both verbally and through persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience engaging with customers and partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for meetings with customers and partners.
